Underwater Dreams Panel Discussion & Q&A: October 24th, 7:30-8:30PM, approximate
Friday, October 24, 2014 - 6:00pm to 8:30pm
In partnership with DreaMIT, the Edgerton Center is hosting the campus debut of Underwater Dreams, a documentary about a team of undocumented high school students from Arizona who, a decade ago, won a national underwater robotics competition, beating a number of collegiate competitors, including the Edgerton Center supported MIT ROV team.
The screening will be followed by a panel who will discuss the film, the story it tells, and the challenge it presents to those who are concerned about educational access.
